We crafted a Python script. The primary purpose of this script was to create a scraper to extract specific information from websites automatically. The scraper was configured to search Google for details related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) businesses.
- The scraper systematically gathered information such as business names, contact details, addresses, or any other relevant data from the search results related to HVAC businesses.
- Following the extraction, the script utilized the gathered websites to verify the legitimacy or official registration of these HVAC businesses.
- The verification process was specifically performed on the Secretary of State (SOS) website, which is often a central registry for business entities.
